 ### Actual Results
 1.  ✅ Administrator and Editor roles are removed from the selector in
 options-general.php
 2.  ✅ If I force the selector (like with the inspector) and add an
 "Administrator" option, the value is well saved and there is an alert in
 Site Health

 ### Supplemental Artifacts

 Here, we can select only Subscriber, Contributor or Author roles:
