Comment:

 Adding the backward-compatible ruleset in PR 10945 is probably worth the
 extra few lines. If not, I made PR 10946 to consider ignoring older
 versions of WordPress.

 I chose **not** to edit Twenty Seventeen. The comment says that [43876]
 based the `max-width` on 644 pixels as the one-column width. However, on
 the front end, I get up to 740 for one column and 524 with the sidebar.
 Increasing by 30 pixels still would not be accurate, and increasing to 740
 pixels would look even more wrong for sites with the sidebar. I prefer
 leaving the value at `674px`.
