 The main problem is the styles/colors are hardcoded in current WP Admin,
 without following any design system like Gutenberg.

 That's why even if this'd be a successful merge, it'd be a
 transitionary/patched one because as I've mentioned previously, the admin
 styles vs Gutenberg is broken.

 I wouldn't suggest working much on this unless we rebuild Admin w
 react/gutenberg base.
