Comment:

 I'm marking this for commit. While I fully expect we'll continue to find
 issues through the beta and RC window, I think everything is far enough
 along that we'll be more productive getting a broader look in core
 holistically.

 Taking ownership to help guide it, but I'll leave it to @fabiankaegy to
 handle commit, unless he wants to pass it on.
