Comment:

 As per today's 7.0 bug scrub:
 The last comment during cycle 6.9 said "fonts with single quotes in their
 names are very rare, and problems only occur in a limited number of
 environments. […] we need to investigate the font upload logic as well".
 Given this ticket didn't move a bit since then, I'm going to put this in
 Future Release milestone.
