 Props to @peterwilsoncc, who first noticed this problem.


 On mobile layouts, the toolbar icon colors appear to be incorrect.

 This change was made by [33284], but it seems to me that the default and
 hover colors were inverted and committed by mistake.

 This issue occurs with any color scheme other than the legacy default
 (Fresh). It might be worth fixing in the 7.0 release, as it will be more
 noticeable in WordPress 7.0, where the modern color becomes the default.
