Comment:

 The 1.28 `line-height` added in [38880] does not seem appropriate since
 the `font-size` increased to 20 pixels. I think that rule and
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/8270db8c06e89784c63350dff374c4cd237cf924/src/wp-
 admin/css/common.css#L831-L832 its comment] can be removed now instead of
 editing the `line-height` for list items.
