 Thanks for sharing those. I don't think that's right. "Enhanced connection
 available" and making it a link makes it seem you can go configure this or
 change options rather than reflecting what's in use right now. There
 aren't ways to configure this. I also don't think we should link to a dev
 note. If needed, we can create a support doc for it and put the future
 URL. To be clear though, what we're trying to do is show what the current
 mode is: default vs enhanced (or whatever word design thinks will
 communicate this best). Can you come up with designs based on showing what
 current mode is in use?
