 More feedback from chatting with Matt today about the feature:

 >ideally under the checkbox it should say what mode it will be running in,
 and if it's unavailable be greyed out and indicate why vs just removing
 that row which could be confusing.

 I explained the current greyed out approach. In this case though, we need
 to add in something indicating whether someone is using the default
 approach or an upgrade/premium approach, like web sockets. @fcoveram can
 you help with this once more, design wise?
