Comment (by khushdoms):

Tested the issue on the latest trunk version (7.1) - WordPress:
 7.1-alpha-62161-src.

 Environment:
 - WordPress: trunk (7.1)
 - PHP: 8.3.30
 - Server: nginx/1.29.7
 - Database: mysqli (Server: 8.4.8 / Client: mysqlnd 8.3.30)
 - Browser: Chrome 147.0.0.0
 - OS: Windows 10/11
 - Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five 1.4
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Test Reports 1.2.1

 Steps:
 1. Navigated to Users → Edit User
 2. Clicked "Set New Password"
 3. Checked alignment of the eye icon and "Hide" text

 Result:
The alignment issue is not reproducible in the current version. The
dashicon appears properly aligned with the text.

 Conclusion:
It seems the issue may already be resolved in the latest version.
