 @wildworks I may be wrong, but I believe the correct reproduction steps
 are:
 1. Access ​https://playground.wordpress.net/?wp=beta
 2. Install a plugin that shows a meta box in the editor, like Yoast for
 example
 3. Open a post
 4. The metabox is collapsed by default
