 An accessible modal appearing as part of a meta box (ie. the "Add New
 Plan" button in LifterLMS) now causes the meta box area to fully expand if
 it has not been resized previously, hiding the content editor area
 completely.

 It can also overlap with the resize bar, requiring an expansion to allow
 for the action underneath it to be clicked.
