 Tested the latest patch and it appears to be working as expected in Chrome
 and Firefox browsers.

 Steps:
 - Applied the patch
 - Navigated to the user edit screen
 - Checked password field alignment

 Result:
 The dashicon alignment looks correct and consistent. I did not notice any
 visual issues in my testing.

 Environment:
 - WordPress: 7.1-alpha-62161-src
 - PHP: 8.3.30
 - Browser: Chrome, Firefox
 - Database: MySQL 8.4.8
 - OS: Ubuntu
