Comment:

 As noted in [https://github.com/WordPress/Documentation-Issue-
 Tracker/issues/400 issue 400], "this has been resolved in the core
 handbook"

 (The "Installing DesktopServer" page was removed without a redirect, which
 simply gives the `404` error.)
