Comment:

 Thanks for opening the ticket.

 However, using single quotes or double quotes for HTML attributes makes no
 difference. They are equivalent. In some cases, the quotes can be omitted
 entirely.

 I don't think consistency in quote style matters to the vast majority of
 developers, so it's not going to be a priority to fix.
