 @spacedmonkey The 7.0 delay is to allow time for a custom table to be used
 so we won't need to make any immediate and last minute changes to the
 Query or Meta APIs.

 FWIW, I've been silently pondering x_meta last changed values as something
 to consider in a future release, are you able to open a ticket?
