 To properly test this patch, the Gutenberg ref needs to be updated to the
 latest one (for now, cd9192803f5b1262cc2f9beefc52bc500545813f). Normally,
 the ref is only updated before releases. Once Akismet is deleted from the
 file system, it no longer shows up in the UI, which matches exactly what
 was shared in the Release Leads Slack channel
