 That's great to hear! Currently we're sitting at 20.48% for PHP 7.4, so
 that will take some time — the threshold needs to drop below 5%. The
 chances are high that we'll be able to move directly to something higher
 than 8.0. I lean toward @samiamnot's opinion that we'll be able to push to
 8.2 by the time PHP 7.4 gets below 5%.

 @samiamnot will continue the analytics after the WP 7.0 release on this
 ticket so we'll get regular updates and track how fast we can do this
 change.
