Comment:

 I reviewed the changes.

 @matveb, this will show the Akimset card on the Connectors screen on every
 WP instance for now. However, we will follow up with the removing in the
 UI the card when the WP instance doesn't have the Akimset plugin bundled,
 or the user decides to remove it. In effect, when someone downloads a new
 WP instance, they will see the Akismet card with the activation button.

 @westonruter, based on the earlier 7.0 planning, it should ship with the
 current release.
