Comment:

 The "Crunching..." message also appears for PDF and DOCX files.

 Instead of editing [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/eca40dee9a9235df6121e34e49289ae9e97fff8a/src/js/_enqueues/vendor/plupload/handlers.js#L95
 handlers.js] for specific file types, maybe the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/eca40dee9a9235df6121e34e49289ae9e97fff8a/src/wp-includes
 /script-loader.php#L1027 message string] could change for all files. I
 thought of `Processing…`, and there could be a better choice.
