 Following your steps, I am still unable to reproduce. But I also get a
 different result than you.

 When I view a specific sitemap, I have issues with well over 1,000
 affected pages. So that 1,000 may just be a coincidence for you and not a
 hard limitation.

 When I click export, I still only get a list of dates with the total
 number of affected pages and no URLs.
