 **Steps to reproduce**

 1. Activate Twenty Twelve version 4.6
 2. Create a new post
 3. Add an "Image" block
 4. Upload an image
 5. In block settings, select "Rounded" under "Styles"

 **What I expected**

 For the rounded styles to apply both in the editor ''and'' on the front-
 end of the site.

 **What happened instead**

 Editor, yes. Front-end, no. Front-end shows square (default) styles.
