 I'll close this to avoid breaking any sites that intentionally added a
 class for the theme's special styling.

 called `is-style-outline` to the Group block, the Button inside will have
 unintended styles applied.

 Adding `is-style-outline` to a container theoretically could be a quick,
 clean way to make all Button blocks on the page consistent. (That was
 possible with Twenty Sixteen and WordPress 5.3, though now the classic
 bundled themes seem to require block library styles and `block-style-
 variation-styles` for the Outline style's border.)
