 [attachment:"47976.diff"] still applies to trunk, though removing `'attr-
 lowercase' => true,` seems to work just as well as setting it to `false`.

 [https://htmlhint.com/changelog/#110-2021-12-31 HTMLHint 1.1.0] modified
 the rule to ignore camelCase attributes found in SVG elements. #42780
 might update HTMLHint.
