 This first came up from Matt in the core committers channel:
 https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C18723MQ8/p1757999549392979

 The idea is that you can click on a commentor and be sent to a dedicated
 view where you can see all approved comments from them. This would make
 managing comments closer to discussion management where you can engage
 with and see the full scope of how someone interacts with your content.
