Hi and welcome to WordPress Core Trac!
In general, reports about WordPress.org sites belong on Meta Trac, but the
short `line-height` was already reported on the wporg-make repository in
[https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-make/issues/44 issue 44].
The tooltip positioning in the screenshot seems related to how the
highlighted text's container wraps onto another line. I'm not sure that
can or should be fixed, but you could open a topic on the plugin's support
forum.
