 Attempted to reproduce issue #63935

 === Environment ===

 * WordPress: 6.9-alpha-60093-src
 * PHP: 8.2.29
 * Server: PHP built-in development server (via Docker)
 * Database: MySQL 8.4.6 (Community Server - GPL)
 * Browser: Version 139.0.7258.155 (Official Build) (arm64)
 * Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five 1.3
 * Plugins: none activated

 === Steps to Reproduce ===

 1. Create a new page
 2. Insert a Grid block
 3. Add a background color
 4. View the block in both the block editor and on the frontend
 === Expected Results ===
 Padding should appear inconsistent between the editor and frontend (as
 reported)
 === Actual Results ===
 Padding was consistent in both editor and frontend. Issue could not be
 reproduced
