 - Browser: Chrome 140.0.0.0
 - OS: Windows 10/11
 - Theme: Twenty Sixteen 3.6
 - MU Plugins: None activated
 - Plugins:
   * Test Reports 1.2.0
   * WP Crontrol 1.18.0

 === Actual Results
 1.  ❌ The reported cURL error (77) could not be reproduced.
 2. ✅ Updated the plugin to latest version without any error.

 === Additional Notes
 - The issue may have been caused by a temporary server configuration
 problem or a transient outage on WordPress.org's end at the time the
 original report was filed.
