 1. Keeping back ImageMagick 7 for now
 https://github.com/WordPress/wpdev-docker-images/pull/184/

 2. Create a new ticket to solve all the ImageMagick 7. I thought it was a
 single problem, but this is widespread. This may take time, there are
 major breaking changes that might need time in several places.
