WordPress Plugin Update Screen, when running on an unsupported version of
PHP for WordPress (think it was 7.1 from memory) and if I'd have to guess
the plugins that require updates aren't supporting that unsupported
version, the usual update checkboxes are simply invisible (probably a
"display:none !important" if I'd have to guess.....) - Just add a quick
bit of info for the user to read to understand this..... "Hey, we can't
update these plugins as they don't support the unsupported PHP version
that is powering your WordPress website. Please contact your web hosting
provider to update the PHP Version that is running your website to a
 supported version which is X, Y Z, etc. "

Needs something updating here that makes more sense to the average user,
rather than just getting confused why the usual checkboxes aren't
 available to use.
