 When using WordPress 6.9 Beta 2 along with PHP 8.4, the notes are not
 displaying correctly when added to the Query Loop. This issue has been
 observed where the notes are hidden or not rendered at all when they are
 included in the query loop.

 Steps to Reproduce:

 1) Use WordPress 6.9 Beta 2 with PHP 8.4.

 2) Add a custom post type or a query loop that includes notes.

 3) Attempt to display the notes in the query loop output.

 4)The notes fail to display, or are hidden.
