 When selecting a block with notes attached, the Notes Panel scrollbar does
 not automatically scroll to the specific section containing them. This
 creates a lack of a visual connection between the block and the notes side
 panel.

 The expected behavior is that the notes panel will automatically direct me
 to the correct section and display the notes attached to that block. I
 hope this video I created shows what I mean.
