 I removed `wp_kses_post` from the PRs that added it. This seems like an
 unnecessary extra step with a relatively expensive function. There's no
 difference in escaping between the two function variants in these patches.

 @sabernhardt I can see that you're actively working on the Twenty Ten PR
 right now, so I'm leaving that as pending, but marking this ticket for
 commit. Update this when you're ready.
