 When clicking the X button to close the Notes Side panel, the panel of
 notes stays, while the top of the notes panel disappears. The expected
 behaviour is that the entire notes sidebar would close. See the attached
 screenshots for a visual representation of what I'm experiencing.

 This was experienced in WordPress 6.9 Beta 1 and now Beta 2.
