 This may be specific to Linux; the successful test was on Windows, the
 failed test on Linux. Hoping that @williampatton will be able to take a
 look at this on Linux.

 I'm not considering this blocking; the helpful impact is still
 considerable if it fixes issues on Chrome for Windows, as that's a large
 usage block.
