 When updating user's (admin level) profile page, WP returns an error ->
 "ERROR: you typed your new password only once. Go back to type it twice",
 even though the current pasword is NOT being changed. WP now requires the
 passwords to be populated even if you are only changing an email addy,
 e.g.
