 thanks for sharing. The fix makes sense — ensuring the correct slug return
 for `wp_template` should resolve the activation issue. I’ll test it by
 creating duplicate templates to confirm the front-end behavior is now
 consistent and that the second template retains the correct label instead
 of showing as “Custom.” If it works as expected, we can mark this flow as
 stable for deployment.
