 I think there is certain value to the details of the update. Perhaps the
 banner can have a link to the update log/details. The update log/details
 can be recorded in the database as update_YYYYMMDDHHMMSS and then the
 banner can link to `update_history.php?ref=update_YYMMDDHHMMSS`.
