 I am just wondering if you are you still affected by the aforementioned
 issue?

 If so are you able to provide us with more details about your setup? The
 following [https://wordpress.org/plugins/test-reports/ Test Reports]
 plugin can be used to generate a bug report which if you submit here we
 can use to give us a much clearer understanding of your installations
 environment. This should hopefully give us further insight into the
 problems you are facing, and then the community and myself can assist you
 much better here. 😃

 However if this is no longer the case, and the issue has been resolved
 please feel free to close this ticket.
