 The Navigation Link and Navigation Submenu blocks have been modified to
 dynamically update their link destinations on the frontend, depending on
 their `id` and `type` attributes. (This is to ensure that navigation links
 that point to destinations within the site continue to work, even if URLs
 change -- e.g. if a page slug is changed.)

 This is done via Block Bindings and thus requires those blocks' `url`
 attribute to opt into Block Bindings support.
