 lol, took 9 years... this is such a complex window, you can single select,
 multiple select, you can search, you can upload, and probably other things
 that I forgot as I got old.

 (what are caption and description? I think you have to look at the code to
 figure it out)

 I would guess that people do not ask for support since they are not using
 it for anything more complex than selecting and inserting an image/file in
 which case it probably has too much funtionality.

 but sure, if it do not bother anyone else that there is no guidence
 regarding what going on there, and since there was no interest for so
 long, might as well close it
