These are the things you should do if your WordPress dashboard is slow.
1. Old PHP Version – Use the Latest Version of PHP
2. Old WordPress Version – Upgrade Your WordPress Version
3. Admin Toolbar – Remove the WordPress Admin Toolbar
4. Widgets – Disable Unnecessary Dashboard Widgets
5. Slow Plugins – Use Query Monitor To Sniff Out Slow Plugins
6. Heatbeat API – Use Heartbeat Control
7. Full Database – Clean Out Your Database (Especially WooCommerce Stores)
8. Optimize Database- Optimize Your Full Databse
9. Not Caching Your Site – Use a Caching Plugin (Especially rocket)
10. Low Memory – Increase The WordPress Memory Limit
11. Low Ram on Server – RAM Upgrade for Web Server
12. Server Response Issue – Examine the Time To First Byte
13. Slow Hosting Provider – Consider Upgrading Your Hosting
14. Fix Slow WooCommerce Admin Dashboard
15. Remove Unused all Plugin
