Comment:

 Hey all,

I have just taken a look into this, and also agree with @TobiasBg that
copying the view link for a post does essentially cover this request, and
 is a workable solution.

I have also just tested the issue raised by @sabernhardt around encodings
by creating a page with a `άρθρο` as a page title and slug. Whilst I am
getting `/%ce%ac%cf%81%ce%b8%cf%81%ce%bf` as the slug, this makes sense,
as even when I go to `/άρθρο` and copy this into a plain text reader this
is showing as the encoded string. I would argue that both urls are
identical, and depending on where you paste this will dictate how this
slug displays. As of such I am not sure there is an issue here with the
view link for a post / page being a solution here?

Because there is a workable solution within WordPress already, I am going
to mark this ticket as `wontfix` however if this is wrong, please change
 this. 😃
