Comment:

 Thanks for the idea!

 MU-plugins are always active and load before other plugins, and they can't
 be deactivated from the dashboard. That means uploading a buggy PHP file
 could break the site and lock the admin out. Because of this, I think this
 feature should be closed as **wontfix**.
