Comment:

 [attachment:"35862.tr.diff"] moves the background color for unapproved
 comments to the table row element, which seems sufficient.

 If defining a background on each cell is important, as [26072] did, the
 cells could inherit from the row with [attachment:"35862.inherit.diff"].
