 @iflairwebtechnologies I tried applying your patch but it doesn't apply.
 The patch seems to be applying against a non-existing WordPress codebase.
 For example, `Extended_Pictographic` is [not mentioned
 https://github.com/search?q=repo%3AWordPress%2Fwordpress-
 develop%20Extended_Pictographic&type=code] in core.
