 The report came from [https://littleforest.co.uk/feature/web-
 accessibility/ Little Forest], checking a page that includes a Post
 Comments Form block inside the Comments block, using a block theme.

 I do not know how Little Forest checks it, but `HTML_CodeSniffer` seems to
 be missing the `url` type in its
 [https://github.com/squizlabs/HTML_CodeSniffer/blob/c187a4b42716b26cd913a18c2205cd873aaffddf/Standards/WCAG2AAA/Sniffs/Principle1/Guideline1_3/1_3_5.js#L203-L213
 'isUrl' check].
