Comment:

 Fixed an issue where biographical info (description) was not erased during
 the Erase Personal Data process in WordPress 6.8.3.

 Changes made:
 - Added `delete_user_meta( $user_id, 'description' )` to `wp-
 admin/includes/user.php` to ensure biographical information is deleted
 during data erasure.
 - Added a filter to `wp-includes/default-filters.php` to ensure the new
 erasure function is applied.
