 I looked into it, and it appears to be a genuine multisite bug.
 WooCommerce Blocks uses a network site transient to store resource hints
 so all subsites share the cache.  The prefetch URLs display the incorrect
 domain as a result.

 It would be preferable if the transient key contained the blog ID so that
 each site received its own cached version, or if these hints were cached
 per site rather than network-wide.
