 I'll close this ticket because my request for feedback is still
 unanswered. If you still experience the missing admin icons in one of the
 two latest versions of Safari, please share more details.

 (Note that Safari 16.1 is not officially supported anymore, and a recent
 change can make the Dashicons incompatible with older Safari versions. See
 #64266.)
